Tom Frearson
FOUNDER & PROGRAMME DIRECTOR
Tom is a former Royal Marines Commando. He served on operations, and went on to work as a close protection operator and security consultant in the UK and high-risk environments, building and leading multinational teams where trust and execution were critical.
He is a qualified emergency medic and a professional educator, trained to teach first aid, mental health awareness, and conflict de-escalation — the skills at the heart of UK Ready. He designs and delivers the programme.
