First Aid for Mental Health
Nationally recognised, Ofqual-regulated qualifications.
Awareness to supervising level. Every course a recognised qualification.
Mental health first aid is a skill, and these are the qualifications that prove it. We deliver the full range of regulated First Aid for Mental Health awards — nationally recognised, Ofqual-listed, and valid for three years. Taught for people living, studying, and working in the UK, by an instructor who works with international students every week.
The qualifications we deliver
LEVEL 1
Award in Awareness of First Aid for Mental Health
A half-day introduction. Recognising when someone is struggling, starting a conversation, and knowing where to turn.
LEVEL 2
Award in First Aid for Mental Health
A fuller day. Recognising a range of conditions and providing first aid for mental health, in study or workplace settings.
LEVEL 2
Award in First Aid for Youth Mental Health
Focused on young people. Ideal for those supporting students under 18 — schools, guardianship organisations, and sixth-form settings.
LEVEL 3
Award in Supervising First Aid for Mental Health
The supervising-level qualification, for those taking a lead role in mental health first aid within an organisation.
